Herb Robert (geranium robertianum) is a diversely used therapeutic herb that fortifies defences, helps protect and cleanses toxins from the body, aiding in minimising the side-effects of treatments and illness.

 

Recommended usage:

  • Brew 2 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes and allow to cool before adding to food
  • Add 2 teaspoon in a cup of cold water and cold brew in the fridge for 12 hours, strain and serve or add to food
  • Sprinkle half a teaspoon over food, ensuring all hawthorn berries are removed
